We offer three fixed-scope residential packages so you know exactly what you are buying. The Classic package covers a complete RCC home with standard-brand fittings and 10-foot ceilings. Premium upgrades steel, sand, fittings, tile rates and adds structural and elevation drawings plus interior 3D views. Elite moves to M25 concrete, 11-foot ceilings, chamfered brickwork, premium sanitaryware and a dedicated full-time site engineer. Because rates for cement, steel and sand move month to month in Coimbatore, we quote current per-square-foot figures in writing after seeing your plan and plot, and each quote lists exactly what is excluded, such as septic tank, sump, compound wall, lift shaft and government service connections.
